“Brilliance from Chaos” – The Evolution of Success

1 hour talk followed by 1/2 hour open discussion.

In this talk, Davide will discuss the active principles of moving from a state of uncertainty, a state we mostly associate with stress, into one that is alive with the raw materials of creativity and imagination. In effect we have largely been taught to get out of a state of uncertainty or chaos as quickly as possible. But what if we were able to see this state of chaos as an integral part of the process of growth. However, in business, some of the qualities that we most need to cultivate in order to emerge from uncertainty in a more inspired and creative state, are perceived as weakness. Davide will explain how a symbolic return to chaos is indispensable to any new creation. Chaos is not a mess, but rather the primal state of pure energy to which an organisation or a person returns to prepare for expansion and transformation. The evolution of success can be found in the growing number of companies that are actively embracing this natural process and discovering a heightened flow of originality and productivity.
